What You'll Do
- Promote Soil to Serve products on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp
- Generate leads and drive online sales through social media
- Create engaging content — posts, reels, stories — for our brand
- Manage and grow our social media presence and follower base
- Run digital campaigns and monitor their performance
- Collaborate with the founder directly on marketing strategy
What We're Looking For
- Active presence on Instagram and Facebook — we'll check your profile!
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi/Odia
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to learn
- Passion for food, farming or sustainability is a bonus
- Any educational background welcome — skills matter more than degrees
