Address & Delivery Issues

If a shipment is returned or fails to deliver due to any of the following reasons, re-delivery charges may apply:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery address
  • Incorrect or unreachable contact number
  • Refusal to accept the delivery

⚠️ Please double-check your name, delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. Errors in delivery information may result in delays or return of your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered or has missing items, follow these steps immediately:

  1. Record clear photos or videos of the outer packaging and the damaged/missing product immediately upon receipt
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, phone or email
  3. Share your Order ID, photos/videos and a description of the damage or missing items
  4. Our team will investigate and resolve via replacement or refund as applicable

🚫 Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
