Failed Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the following process applies:

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability or any other reason attributable to the customer, our delivery partner will attempt one redelivery
  • If the second delivery attempt also fails, the order will be marked as returned to origin
  • In such cases, a partial refund (excluding delivery charges and return logistics costs) may be issued at our discretion

Product Condition on Delivery

We take every possible measure to ensure your products are packed safely and reach you in perfect condition. Please follow these guidelines upon receiving your order:

  • Inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery before accepting the order
  • If the package appears tampered with, damaged or broken, you are advised not to accept it and report immediately to our support team
  • For accepted orders with damaged contents, raise a complaint within 48 hours with photographic evidence

🚫 For perishable items, Soil to Serve is not responsible for product quality deterioration if delivery is delayed due to reasons attributable to the customer.

Delivery Partners

Soil to Serve works with reputed third-party logistics providers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our delivery partners are selected based on their service quality, reliability and coverage.

⚠️ While we ensure careful handover to our logistics partners, Soil to Serve is not responsible for service-related delays or issues once the product has been handed over for transit. In case of any transit issues, please contact us and we will coordinate with our logistics partner on your behalf.

Force Majeure

Soil to Serve shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters β€” floods, cyclones, earthquakes
  • Government-imposed restrictions, curfews or lockdowns
  • Nationwide or regional strikes and labour disputes
  • Transportation infrastructure failures
  • Pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies
  • Any other event beyond our control as defined under applicable Indian law

βœ… In such events, we will communicate proactively with affected customers and work to resolve all pending orders at the earliest possible time.
