At Soil to Serve, we are committed to delivering the highest quality farm-fresh products to your doorstep. We take pride in our packaging and fulfilment process. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or tampered product, we will make it right β no questions asked.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective or tampered at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging are provided

How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:
- Take clear photos or videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging immediately
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, phone or email
- Share your Order ID, registered mobile number and a description of the issue
- Our team will review and verify your request within 24β48 hours
- Once verified, choose your preferred resolution β replacement, voucher or refund

Resolution Options
Once your return request is verified, you may choose one of the following resolution options:
Replacement
Receive the same product again at absolutely no extra cost. Dispatched within 2β3 working days.
Store Voucher
Get a voucher for the same value, redeemable on any future purchase on our website.
Full Refund
Amount credited back to your original payment method within 7β10 working days.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging
- Damage must have occurred during delivery β not due to mishandling after receipt
- Photographic evidence must be provided at the time of raising the request
- The request must be submitted within the 48-hour window from delivery
β οΈ Soil to Serve reserves the right to deny a return request if the product shows signs of usage or damage not caused during delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Returns due to taste, personal preference or change of mind
- Perishable or consumable items that have been opened or used
- Products that were damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
