Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details.


Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery time is as per our courier/logistics partner company’s service timeline.

  • Delivery duration may vary depending on delivery location, courier service availability, and unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, transport delays, or government restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, quantity, and destination.

  • Any applicable shipping fee will be shown during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or minimum order value.


Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will be provided with a Tracking ID and courier partner name.

  • You can monitor shipment status online through the provided tracking link.


Address & Delivery Issues

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect contact information

Re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure correct contact and address details at checkout.


Damaged / Missing Items

If the package is damaged, tampered, or items are missing:

  1. Record clear photos/videos of the package and product

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  3. Email details to info@soiltoserve.in with your Order ID

We will investigate and resolve via replacement or refund as applicable.


International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. We plan to expand soon.
